I believe this is White Mullberry (Morus alba), hanging over a sidewalk in North Philly. I first noticed similar, serrated leaves in an empty lot in South Philly a few years back, and only just yesterday made the connection that these have fruit this time of year, and were likely Mullberries.
Assuming they are indeed White Mullberries, they were originally brought over from Asia to feed silkworms, have since escaped, and are now enjoying colonization of urban spaces in Philadelphia and elsewhere.

Common Groundsel (Senecio vulgaris) pushing through a concrete sidewalk on the first day of Spring (yesterday), in Philadelphia. It’s snowing today, but the street weeds have started to make a stealthy appearance.

Crown Vetch (Securigera varia) beautifying a sidewalk in an industrial section of Philadelphia. While looking fragile and delicate, Crown Vetch is quite tough and aggressive, and can thrive in waste areas and roadsides.

More Bull Thistle in Philly - this time on Brown Street near the intersection with Lawrence. Sharp stuff, with great geometric patterns.
